1. Agreement to Services

By scheduling service, requesting work, or approving an estimate (verbally, digitally, or in writing), the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this page.

2. Service Call Fee

A standard service call fee applies to all visits.

• Standard Hours (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM): $140

• After Hours / Emergency: Higher rates apply

This fee covers travel, inspection, and diagnosis. It is non-refundable once a technician is dispatched.

3. Estimates & Pricing

• All pricing is provided after diagnosis unless otherwise stated

• Estimates are based on visible conditions only

• Hidden issues (behind walls, underground, etc.) may require additional charges

• Customer approval is required before additional work proceeds

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon completion of work unless prior arrangements are made.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Cash

• Card

• Digital invoice

Failure to pay may result in:

• Service refusal in the future

• Collection actions if necessary

5. No Warranty on Customer-Supplied Parts

Greenscape EcoChic is not responsible for failure or defects in customer-provided materials, fixtures, or appliances.

6. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our labor.

• Labor performed is guaranteed for a limited period (typically 30 days unless otherwise stated)

• This does not cover misuse, neglect, or pre-existing system issues

7. Electrical & Safety Corrections

Minor corrections (such as improper wiring related to plumbing appliances) may be addressed during service when identified.

These are performed:

• For safety

• At technician discretion

• May be complimentary or billed depending on scope

8. Access & Property Conditions

Customer agrees to:

• Provide safe and clear access to work areas

• Secure pets

• Inform technician of known hazards

We are not responsible for delays caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.

9. Drain & Sewer Services Disclaimer

Drain cleaning and sewer services:

• Do not guarantee permanent results

• May be affected by root intrusion, collapsed lines, or buildup

• May require further repair or replacement

10. Water Damage Disclaimer

Greenscape EcoChic is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Hidden leaks

• Structural issues discovered during repair

Immediate repair reduces risk, but cannot eliminate all potential damage.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee

• No-show appointments may be charged the full service call fee

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenscape EcoChic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Delays due to parts, weather, or conditions outside control

14. Customer Acknowledgment

By accepting service, the customer confirms:

• They understand and agree to all terms listed above

• They authorize work to be completed at agreed pricing

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner. 

T&C should be defined according to the specific needs and nature of each website. For example, a website offering products to customers in e-commerce transactions requires T&C that are different from the T&C of a website only providing information (like a blog, a landing page, and so on).     

T&C provide you as the website owner the ability to protect yourself from potential legal exposure, but this may differ from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so make sure to receive local legal advice if you are trying to protect yourself from legal exposure.

Terms and Conditions continued:

I, the property owner, authorize Greenscape Ecochic to start plumbing diagnostics and repairs at my property. I understand and agree:

1. Payment is due upon completion. Any unpaid balance accrues 15% per day.
2. Greenscape Ecochic does plumbing only; any walls, floors, landscaping, or other areas disturbed are my responsibility.
3. I am responsible for clear access and calling 811 for utility locates.
4. I will not dispute or reverse payment for authorized work. Any issues must be addressed directly with Greenscape Ecochic first.
5. My signature is legally binding electronically.
6. Greenscape Ecochic is not responsible for hidden pipes, collapsed lines, or rocks/debris encountered.
7. Disputes will first go to arbitration or mediation, not court, unless required by law.

 Credit Card Processing Disclaimer:
Payments made with credit cards are subject to a 3.9% processing fee charged by Square.
These fees have not been added by Greenscape Ecochic and are applied automatically by Square at checkout.
Some card companies may charge additional fees beyond what Square charges, which are beyond our control.
Greenscape Ecochic does not receive or control any of these additional fees.
